Bromley Healthcare Care at Home provide personalised home care for you or your loved ones. Our aim is to help clients to stay at home and live as independently as possible. We provide home care (sometimes known as domiciliary care), companionship, personal care, reablement and end of life care.
Our care service benefits from ownership by Bromley Healthcare, a local not for profit community health provider specialising in treating service users out of hospital. This allows us to draw on expertise from a health setting and ensure that our home care services benefit from the training and support needed to run a high-quality service.
Personalised Care
We strongly believe that care should be matched to the individual, their needs and those of their family, so we always take the time to understand our clients and develop a personalised package of care. This can include anything from basic preferences such as likes and dislikes, daily routines and lifestyle, to religious beliefs and cultural background. We try to match the needs of each service user with an appropriate care professional.
Finance
We know that cost is one of the biggest concerns about care, so we’ve made our service stress-free and excellent value. Our costs are very easy to understand and manage, and you will always be firmly in control of your finances. Our visits are a minimum of 30 minutes and often longer. This provides plenty of time for quality care whilst still leaving time left to chat and build a real relationship.
Where do I start?
- Call or email our office to ask questions about the services we offer and to discuss our rates
- We will send you a price and detail of the package for review
- Your package will then be confirmed once you tell us you’d like to go ahead
- We will then book in a consultation with the you (or the person booking the package)
